Delivery time
When you order on a business day before 23:59 (11:59 PM), you’ll receive your order the next business day (NL). For BE this is normally within 1-2 work days. For other EU countries, check the shipping options at checkout. Please note that the transport company is external and they may have delays that are out of our control, but we will always strive to keep our delivery promise.

Shipping
We deliver all across Europe! Check the shipping options at checkout. Delivery to a pickup point? You can select your preferences on your Track & Trace after placing an order.

Shipping costs
We offer competitive shipping rates. The exact cost will be shown at checkout. Free shipping on orders over €75 (NL and BE only)!

Track & Trace
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Track & Trace code via email to track your shipment, and optionally select delivery preferences/instructions.

Entered wrong email address or address details
Please let us know as soon as possible via support@houseofniche.nl or call +31 85 0441020 during office hours.

Returns
You can return unopened and unused products within 14 days. Check our return policy for more details. Contact us for return instructions.

Samples
Some fragrances are available as samples. Check out our Sample Service for options!

Order cancellation
If your order has not yet been shipped, we can still cancel it. Contact us as soon as possible!

Adding products
After placing an order, it is unfortunately no longer possible to add or adjust products, even if they have the same value. You can always place a new order.

100% original
All our perfumes are 100% original and sourced from trusted suppliers.

Payment methods
We accept iDEAL, Bancontact, credit cards, PayPal, Klarna, and other common payment methods. All payments are secure and encrypted.

Gift wrapping
We offer luxury gift bags. You can find them here.

Discounts
We regularly offer promotions and discounts. We do not provide compensation if a product drops in price or goes on sale after your purchase. Sign up for our newsletter or follow us on social media to stay updated! Unless stated otherwise, discount codes cannot be combined. Discounts may differ per collection, product and quantity. We reserve the right to modify, cancel or limit discounts at any time.
