Delivery time
When you order on a business day before 17:00 (5:00 PM), you’ll usually receive your order within 1-2 business days (NL/BE). For other EU countries, check the shipping options at checkout.

Shipping costs
We offer competitive shipping rates. The exact cost will be shown at checkout. Free shipping on orders over €75 (NL and BE only)!

Track & Trace
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Track & Trace code via email to track your shipment.

Entered wrong email address or address details
Please let us know as soon as possible via support@houseofniche.nl.

Returns
You can return unopened and unused products within 14 days. Check our return policy for more details. Contact us for return instructions.

Samples
Some fragrances are available as samples. Check out our Sample Service for options!

Order cancellation
If your order has not yet been shipped, we can still cancel it. Contact us as soon as possible!

Adding products
After placing an order, it is unfortunately no longer possible to add or adjust products, even if they have the same value. You can always place a new order.

All our perfumes are 100% original and sourced from trusted suppliers.
