What is the delivery time for my order?
Place your order on a business day before 11:59 PM? Then you will usually receive your order the next business day in the Netherlands.
For Belgium, delivery typically takes 1–2 business days.
For other European countries, the exact delivery time will be shown during checkout.
We work with reliable shipping partners and always strive to meet our delivery promise. In rare cases, delays may occur due to the transport company.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver throughout Europe.
During checkout, you will automatically see the available shipping options and delivery times for your country. You can also choose to have your order delivered to a pickup point. This preference can easily be set via the Track & Trace link after your order has been shipped.
What are the shipping costs?
We offer competitive shipping rates.

How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive a Track & Trace code by email.
With this code, you can:
- track your order
- change the delivery time
- select a pickup point

What is a pre-order?
With a pre-order, you reserve a product before it is in stock.
The expected delivery date is always shown on the product page.
If this date changes, we will inform you immediately by email.
You can cancel a pre-order free of charge as long as your order has not yet been shipped.
The price of a pre-order will never be increased after you place your order.
Can I cancel my order?
We work with an automated fulfillment center. Orders are often processed quickly.
If your order has not yet been processed, we can usually still cancel it.

Cancelling by email may sometimes be too late because orders are processed quickly.
Can I add or change products after placing my order?
After placing an order, it is unfortunately not possible to add or change products.
This is because orders are processed automatically and immediately.
You can always place a new order if needed.
